IJPES publishes original research articles, review articles, systematic reviews, meta analyses, methodological studies, and theoretical papers that fall within the journal's aims and scope.
Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official IJPES Manuscript Template. Manuscripts that do not comply with the journal's formatting requirements may be returned to the authors for technical revision before entering the peer review process.

In addition to the manuscript, authors must upload a separate Title Page containing:
Manuscript title
Full names of all authors
Institutional affiliations
ORCID iDs (where available)
Corresponding author information
Acknowledgements (if applicable)
Funding information
Conflict of Interest statement
Author Contributions statement (where applicable)
Any other information that may identify the authors
To ensure a double blind peer review process, the Main Manuscript must not contain any information that could identify the authors or their institutions.
Authors are encouraged to review recently published articles in IJPES for examples of manuscript style and formatting.
Before submitting a manuscript, please ensure that:
The manuscript falls within the aims and scope of the journal.
The manuscript is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by another journal.
All authors have made substantial scholarly contributions and have approved the final version of the manuscript.
Ethical approval has been obtained where required.
Informed consent has been obtained where applicable.
All funding sources and potential conflicts of interest have been disclosed.
References have been prepared in accordance with the APA Publication Manual (7th Edition).
The manuscript has been proofread for language quality and academic writing.
All submissions undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine their suitability for the journal. Manuscripts that meet the journal's requirements are evaluated through a double blind peer review process by independent experts in the relevant field. The Editor in Chief makes the final publication decision based on the reviewers' recommendations and the scholarly merit of the manuscript.
Authors retain the copyright to their work. Accepted articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY NC ND 4.0). Further information is available in the Copyright and Licensing Policy.
IJPES is a fully open access journal and does not charge submission fees, editorial processing fees, Article Processing Charges (APCs), publication fees, page charges, or any other fees at any stage of the publication process.
All correspondence regarding submissions is conducted through the journal's online submission system and the journal's official editorial email. Submissions by email are not accepted. Authors are expected to maintain professional and respectful communication throughout the editorial and peer review process.
