The data was collected from 255 participants enrolled in different colleges within two universities via the scales of Life Satisfaction, Academic Self-Efficacy, and Organizational Identification. The results show that life satisfaction has direct significant effects on academic self-efficacy and organizational identification. In addition, the study also revealed that there is a significant indirect effect from life satisfaction to organizational identification via academic self-efficacy.Downloads
