The costs associated with journal management, editorial services, website maintenance, DOI registration, digital preservation, and online publication are covered by the publisher as part of its commitment to supporting open and accessible scholarly communication.

Editorial decisions are made independently of the journal's financial model. Manuscripts are evaluated solely on the basis of their scholarly quality, originality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal's scope. Financial considerations do not influence the peer review process or editorial decisions.
